The New Spring Color Technique "OMBRE"

Ombre the new hair OMG!!!!!

Ombre n. A French term meaning "shaded." Usually a multicolored stripe, with colors graduating from light to dark. The color effect is woven into the fabric(hair)

And now a hair color effect called ombre is steadily becoming a celebrity and a fabulous girl favorite. "Ombre" literally means gradation in French, which refers to the dark-to-light fade of color that is used in the technique. Instead of color that starts at the root, darker roots blend into a lightened mid-shaft and end.

It's a beachier, more natural looking version of the "sunkissed" highlight that alot of my clients are looking for. I hear so many times in my consultations that I want natural highlights, with  no stripes, similar to my daughters
hair.

Well ladies I want to introduce you to one of my best kept secrets,
